Microsoft IT Academy
CRC is now an accredited centre to train, administer examination to participants on Microsoft Certified Examinations.
Instructor-led courses
Courses are practical, hands-on sessions with up to 50 people per class working on PCs in the CRC Training rooms. Facilities are also available to take up to 250 participants at a time.
Customised training courses
Upon request, TRD also offers on-site customised courses in response to the specific training needs of a department/unit. The interested department provides the venue and facilities and TRD provide the trainer.
Seminars and Workshops
Seminars and workshops are practical demonstrations and discussions aimed at both smaller and larger interest groups
Usage of IT Facilities
TRD coordinates usage of IT infrastructures (space, computing systems, internet etc) by students, staff and immediate environment. This could be for the purpose of training, administration of computer based tests (CBT) / examination (CBE) etc.
